💰 Payment and Finance

Currently, the platform supports transfers via **Stripe/Paypal** (if in use) and direct **bank transfers** (if allowed). All transactions are recorded in our system to ensure maximum transparency.

We use an **Escrow** system. The Client pays into a deposit when starting the project. Funds are released only after you (the freelancer) and the Client confirm that the work is completed and the quality is satisfactory.

The platform applies a **10%** fee on the value of a successfully completed project. Registration and bidding are **free of charge**.

🤝 Project Execution and Disputes

The first bids are usually received within **a few hours** (especially in popular categories). Everything depends on the project's specifics, budget, and deadline.

If problems arise, please initiate the **dispute procedure** through the project management page. Our support team will review the project progress, submitted work, and, if necessary, decide on a refund or payout.

Yes, when posting a project, you can specify a **fixed budget** (if you know the exact price) or choose to allow freelancers to submit their **price proposals**.

⭐ User Account and Reputation

After each successfully completed project, both parties (freelancer and client) leave each other a **review** and give a rating **from 1 to 5 stars**. This information is visible on your profile and helps build trust within the platform's community.
